Conceived by artist-curator Norlie Meimban, “Tuhog” brings to the fore the works of the visual talents deserving recognition from various regions of the country. Over 50 artists have converged in this year-end show at Arte Pintura Gallery.
Representative works are “The Sower of the Seeds” by Abe Orobia, “Imogen” by Katrina Cuenca, and “Bloom” by Edmund Andrada. These works are all metaphorical, dealing with faith and salvation, music and nature, abstraction and ethereality.
