Creativity never runs out in the Lebajo bloodline.

Creativity runs in the Lebajo family. Foremost from the patriarch Raul who is a master of surrealism, pursued by younger brood Nikulas who is adept in minimalism-contemporary art; and now Gio, who is starting to find his own place in the dynamic world of visual arts.

“Symmetry,” is Lebajo’s first solo exhibition featuring eleven paintings characterized by combination of lines and grids that symbolizes stability and structure against the soft fluidity of forms of nature.

In everyday language refers to a sense of harmonious and beautiful proportion and balance. It depicts a more precise definition and is usually used to refer to an object that is invariant under some transformation, reflection, rotation, tessellation, and scaling.

Lebajo is a graduate of Interior Design at La Salle Saint Benilde. He has been exposed to arts since his younger years, often observing and accompanying his father, and managing the latter’s exhibitions. Indeed, creativity never runs out in the Lebajo bloodline.

The show will run from March 14 until April 4, 2021, at Pintô Art Museum in Antipolo City. Considered the Philippines’ door to contemporary and emerging local art, Pinto is a place to showcase artists and art forms to the world and a door for everyone to appreciate the healing powers of art, science, and nature.
